Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. During peak time (holidays) orders will be shipped on Saturdays when possible.
Shipping Rates: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping will be set on orders over a set amount weekly.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your scents right to your door.

Return Policy:

Quality Guarantee: If there is a mistake with your order (wrong scent sent) or a defect in the bottle, please contact us at Sensualscentsbylin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to making it right.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

Due to the personal nature of our fragrance body oils and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. *No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on "scent preference." Fragrance is a personal journey, and scents can react differently to everyone's skin chemistry.
